ADMINISTRATION AND SERVICES DIVISION

 

This Section was established to organize the needs of the organizational structure to meet the functional needs of teaching and learning, research, services, technology showcase and income generation. This includes organizing and coordinating human resource strength, financial governance and asset management so that it can be implemented in an orderly and efficient manner. This Section also monitors the achievement of quality objectives, customer satisfaction assessment and staff training in line with the requirements of MS ISO 9001: 2015, quality and conducive work environment practices.

This section is headed by a Head of Administration assisted by an Assistant Registrar (Human Resources) who handles several special projects including Lean management, green sustainability and marketing activities.
