Putra Agricultural Center has 8 EKSA zones which are:

1. Administrative Zone -Blue
2. Operation Zone -Green Livestock Zone -
3. Purple Agricultural Product Production & Marketing Zone (PPPP) -Indigo
4. Puchong Farm Zone - Red
5. Landscape, Decoration, and Recreation Service Zone -Yellow
6. Farm Engineering Zone -Dark Blue Crop Zone - Orange
