Financial and Human Resource Section

FUNCTION

a. To manage procurement of supplies, work and services from external suppliers

b. To manage the annual allocation and expenditure of the revolving fund

c. Inspection and verification of assets and inventory

d. Management of staff training applications, evaluation of training effectiveness and feedback on training needs

e. Coordinate the implementation of internal training related to agriculture, livestock, forestry and veterinary (G and GV schemes)

f. To coordinate and updating staff profiles

g. Other management matters related to general administration, counter service, complaints, application for services and rentals, attending visitors and group tours.
