Serdang, October 8 - The Dairy Farm Industry Excellence Center or better known as the UPM-ICoE Dairy Farm was visited by the Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Putra Malaysia, YBhg. Prof. Your Datin Dato 'Dr. Aini Ideris and members of the University Management Commitee, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Accompanying the visit was the Director of University Agricultural Park, Prof. Madya. Dr. Yahya Awang and the deputy director of the University Agricultural Park, Prof. Madya. Dr. Mohd Hezmee Mohd Noor as well as the deans of UPM's Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

The visit was welcomed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Farm Fresh, Mr. Loi Tuan Ee and the visits lasted for 2 hours. Visitors were taken to the Jersey Frisian dairy cows and also milking place. In addition, visitors were also taken to visit the calves and have been explained the management system of the farm.

UPM-ICoE Dairy Farm is expected to open to the public next year as a edu-tourism place and will produce its own UPM-ICoE Dairy Farm specialty milk product. The tour ended at 4pm.
