a. Managing procurement of supplies, work, and services from external suppliers.
b. Managing the annual allocation and expenditure of trust funds.
c. Inspecting and verifying assets and inventory.
d. Managing staff training applications, evaluating training effectiveness, and gathering feedback on training needs.
e. Coordinating the implementation of internal training schemes related to agriculture, livestock, forestry, and veterinary services (G and GV schemes).
f. Coordinating and updating staff data and profiles.
g. Managing other matters related to general administration, human resources, counter services, complaints, service and rental applications, visitors, and group tours.
