Introduction :
- Created to produce quality fruit plants with guaranteed authenticity.
- Participated in the Plant Material Verification Scheme (SPBT) of the Malaysian Department of Agriculture with Registration Number N(B)3
- Having a bud plot area (bud stock, seeds and seedlings) for the production of fruit crops.
- Located close to the stadium and UPM Golf Course.
- This section is also a teaching and learning place for students and course participants.
- Has a staff strength of six (6) people.
Function :
- Manage matters related to the production of fruit crops throughout the year
- Managing the nursery of fruit plants so that it is always in an orderly and safe condition
- Manage the bud plot in an orderly and clean condition
- Prepare materials and documents for the Plant Material Verification Scheme (SPBT)
- Provide records of production and sales of fruit crops.
