Rules and Ethics:
- Application for the usage of PPP meeting/lecture room can be made at the TPU General Office counter.
- Cleanliness of the meeting/lecture room (including caterer utensils, if any) is under the responsibility of the meeting/course secretariat.
- Safety of the equipment in the meeting/lecture room is under the responsibility of the meeting/course secretariat.
- Kindly check all lights and air conditioned are switched off before leaving the meeting/lecture room.
- Please make sure the tables and chairs are in-order and ready to be use for the next meeting/course.
- Kindly check all doors are closed before leaving the meeting/lecture room.
- Any changes of meeting/lecture room or date must be notified at the PPP General Office counter.
